Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer flat-rate shipping options for orders within Australia:

• Standard Shipping: AUD $9 (3-7 business days)

• Express Shipping: AUD $15 (1-3 business days)

Free standard shipping is available for orders over AUD $100 within Australia.

International Shipping

We offer flat-rate international shipping:

AUD $20 (5-15 business days)

Please note: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other charges. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fee.

Estimated Delivery Time for International Orders

• Standard International Shipping: 7-21 business days

• Express International Shipping: 3-7 business days

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at hello@beaubnana.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
